Target is fun. They have many free items with their own store coupons on a regular basis, if you just know where to look! You can find Target printable coupons both on their website and at the Target generator here http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums/view.php?pg=cpngenerator Target accepts their own coupons and MF coupons, and you can stack one of each per item as well. They do not accept competitor coupons, but do price matching on advertised items they carry. Another great thing, you can print unlimited amounts of Target coupons! They are all the same barcode, so you can shop til your little heart is content, or they run out of that item, LOL.
My local Target, the one at the corner of Lawrenceville-Suwanee and 120 will accept up to 5 of the same store coupon for the same item per transaction, although they can enforce the one per item per transaction limit that it states on the coupon. I get around this by just making several trips over a few days when there is something to stock up on.
The downfall with Target is that all of my coupons always beep and have to be pushed through. It sucks. This is where it is in your advantage to seek out a manager, be friendly and get to know them. Checking out there takes a long time for me using coupons, but its worth it and I keep fighting the fight to shop there because of it.
