Target Coupon Policies Updated!

Target has posted their coupon policy online now! And its very descriptive, and included the ever popular frustration of what the cashier should do if the coupon is MORE than the price of an item. I have had to call customer service so many times, this is awesome!!

Find it here-

Should you need to locate it at the store, head over to their registry kiosks, as those link right up to the Target website. Click help (on top), then under the Store & Company header, click the link that says Store & Merchandise, then click Coupon Policy.

This will be excellent for all of the coupons that I use for free trial size items or when something is $1.99 and the coupon is $2, etc. I can't tell you how often I have had to get a manager called over, and some of them still don't even get it. I have a hard copy that was just mailed to me from Customer Service, I plan on taking with me every trip there! YAYNESS!

BTW, should you ever have a problem while in the store, call customer service! I have mentioned this before, and always advocate it. Its common for high turnover, new manager/employees and often those who just don't care to not know what to do and for them to give you grief! When I called last week, they sent me $6 coupons good for any purchase at any Target location AND they said they would require that store district manager to hold a meeting for reviewing cashier training. :)
