First- find the booklet pictured, and get 2 of them. I have found them at both of my local Publix stores in Lawrenceville, and they are widely reported to be available right now in both GA and FL. I have a couple extra, so any reader who wants to trade, just let me know in a comment.
Then in the 8/30 P & G insert, grab the $1/1 Covergirl item and the coupon that states "Buy One Foundation, Get a Face Product Free".
The foundations run from $5.29 for the classic liquid in a bottle up to around $7.99 for the compact versions. There are several options in between. Use two of the Covergirl $2/1 Publix store coupons, along with both of the MF coupons listed to get both for less than $2.
My transaction today was as follows-
$5.29 - Classic Clean Liquid Foundation
$7.99 - Trublends Minerals loose face powder
