I LOVE, love Schwan's food delivery service and use them as an occasional treat for my family. They are a home delivery food service with excellent food items, some pre-cut or pre-cooked, delicious treats, ready to make dinners, etc. They are a tiny bit more expensive than say buying from the grocery store, but I coupon so much that once in a while I get something from them!

I got hooked on them because a while ago they offered $10 in free food delivery, and its still going! Go here http://www.schwans.com/promos/freefood/freeFoodBegin.aspx, enter your zip code and pick out ANY 1 food item $10 or less and they will deliver it free of charge. I think all I had to pay was $1.00 for a delivery fee, but some states don't have that either.
I highly recommend the strawberry paletas if they still have them (summer treat). The meat is good too!
